Terms and Conditions
1. Safety Information is available in safety notice page given with Terms and
Conditions. You may also find helpful tips, precautions and safety measures at
propanesafetyfirst.com and inspectmygas.com. We recommend you frequently
visit these websites to view important safety warning and precautions. If you smell
propane or experience any adverse propane conditions or safety-related matter,
you should immediately dial 911 and contact your local Company district office.
We recommend purchasing a LP gas detector.
2. General Conditions:
a. Access to Equipment and Work Area will be required all times during time
of job. Including but not limited to ice, snow, water, and any objects.
b. Secure Gas may choose not to perform services if it is believed that doing
so will pose an unnecessary risk of injury or harm to you, its employees or
the public.
c. Wil l call in advance of arrival for services or if there are any issues at the
Job Address.
d. You, the customer, will be responsible for any and all equipment that is at
the Job Address. You are required to notify us if any equipment is
disconnected, breaks, rusts or needs repair. You will also be required to
contact us in that event that an appliance is added or removed so that we
may conduct a leak check.
3. Price will be included in Gas proposal created by Secure Gas, Inc. Any and al l
proposals are subject to change as work goes underway. Job will not be
scheduled or done without customers approval of work description. The price is
set at Secure Gas's discretion and subject to vary job to job.
4. Payment There will be a 30 day pay period after job is completed and Gas
Invoices is sent out for payment to be received. Payments can be done in cash,
check or debit/credit card.
5. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances will Secure Gas, Inc. be Liable for
incidental, consequential or special damages. This limitation applies regardless of
whether a claim or remedy is sought in contract, or otherwise. Company is not
liable for any loss sustained by you as a result of the exhaustion or your
propane/natural gas equipment, including without limitation, damage to your
home or property resulting from water or other natural disaster.
6. Indemnification: Both Secure Gas, Inc. and Customer agree to indemnify, defend
and hold the other harmless from and against any and all claims, liens, demands,
suits, damages and liabilities for personal injuries and/or property damage, arising
out of or caused by any negligent act or omission on the part of that party, its
agents or employees.
7. Excused Performance: Secure Gas, Inc. will not be responsible for any delay or
damages caused by events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control,
including without limitation, acts of fire, storms, floods, labor disputes, hostilities,
changes of laws/regulations, etc.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Secure Gas, Inc. has the right to amend or add
to these Terms and Conditions at any time. A notice listing changes to terms and
conditions will be in the form or email, call or other written notification.
9. Contact Information: Customer approves that the name, address, telephone
number and other contact information you provided is accurate, complete, and
current You agree to notify Secure Gas if there are any changes to send
information at the time of Work. By providing your contact information you give
Secure Gas, Inc. the right to call or email you regarding job scheduling, progress,
issues or payment
